1. Pls choose the correct patch file & click "Download now" button after you have install your HansVision Student or Deluxe edition.

2. Click on "Save" to save this file into your hard disk. (e.g., C:\ My Documents)  3. Start downloading. (The downloading time is about 5 mins, depend on the network that you are using) |

| (C) How to Install (e.g. HansVision Student) |
1. Before installing HansVision DXT 2005 Patch into your computer, please make sure your computer has installed the HansVision DXT 2005 software. 2. Please double-click on "DXTStudentSp.exe" which you have downloaded. 
3. HansVision DXT 2005 Patch will start the installation wizard. Please follow the instruction given. 
4. After installation, please restart your computer. |

Ms-Word Chinese code converter user guide The patch file is only applicable for users using Ms-Word 2000/XP/2003 You should be able to see the screen below after installed HansVision patch file: 
Pls follow the following steps if  toolbar does not exist in Ms-Word:(1) Open HansWare 2005 (2) Click "Option" from HansWare's Toolbar. (3) Select "Advanced Settings" (4) Select "Plug in" (5) Choose "Add PinYin Toolbars in Microsoft Word" (6) Select "OK" (7) Re-open Ms-Word  
Convert Document from Simplified to Traditional 1. Highlight simplified essay from Ms-Word 
2. Click "code converter" button: 
3. System will prompt out the dialog box, select "Simplified Font to Traditional" option 
4. Click "OK" button. 5. After that, all the Simplified contents have been converted to Traditional Font.

Introduction to Code Converter:  Encording option (1) Big 5 to GBK Provide code convert from Big5 to GBK. Documents are able to convert into Simplified character even the origin Big5 to GB may appear in a messy code. The selection below: [also "Traditional Font to Simplified"] enables Traditional Font converted to Simplified Font during the Encording process. All fonts will convert to Big5 if this option is unchecked. Example: Big5 messy code |

GBK Font option This option enables users to convert the GBK code from Simplified font to Traditional font or Traditional font to Simplified font. Example: Simplified GBK font: |

Fast Conversion This option is always checked unless users need to retain the font in messy code and the encoding is in Unicode format. Other items need to remember: Users need to verify what type of the origin files need to be convert, e.g, Messy code, Simplified font or Traditional font. During the conversion, users are able to undo every step by clicking Ms-Word Undo command.
